SENIOR
Always accepting applications
Best for: Experienced stylists who want a busy column and better work.
For stylists already skilled across technical colouring, cutting, and styling. You get a column at an award winning salon, a colour room that has produced multiple trophy winners and finalists, and access to weekly training. Four stylist levels means there is somewhere to go, not just somewhere to sit.
JUNIOR
Always accepting applications
Best for: School leavers and career changers starting from zero.
Our all-inclusive NESBITT training program is built to take you from your very first shampoo through to working your own column. You learn on a real salon floor, alongside stylists who compete nationally, with structured in-house education running on top of your formal qualification. No industry experience needed. We are hiring for attitude, not a CV.
FOH
Openings as they
come up
Best for: Organised people who are genuinely good with humans.
You manage the salon and you run the floor: the diary, the flow, the first thing every client sees and the last thing they remember. Suited to people with strong organisational and customer service skills, ideally with experience overseeing salon or hospitality operations. It is a real career track here, not a stopgap.
